PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") outlines the procedures for processing and protecting the personal information of users (hereinafter referred to as the "User") that the Quix Email Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") may collect during the User's use of the Application Programming Interface (API) and related services.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. By using the Service, the User expresses unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of processing their personal information specified herein.
1.2. The Service adheres to the principle of minimal data collection, gathering only the information strictly necessary to provide its services.

2. SCOPE OF PROCESSED DATA
The Service processes only the following categories of data:
- Identification Data: User's login, unique User ID, and encrypted (hashed) password.
- Technical Data: Unique interface access keys (API Keys).
- Financial History: Records of internal balance top-ups (date, amount, status, and unique transaction/top-up IDs).
- Activity History: A registry of orders executed within the Service, including unique Order IDs and operational parameters.

3. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
The User's personal information is used exclusively for the following purposes:
3.1. User identification within the framework of agreements and contracts with the Service.
3.2. Ensuring the technical capability to utilize the Application Programming Interface (API).
3.3. Maintaining accurate records of financial balances and the fulfillment of order obligations.
3.4. Ensuring account security and preventing unauthorized access.

4. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
4.1. The Service guarantees that User data is not subject to sale, exchange, or transfer to any third parties for marketing or other commercial purposes.
4.2. Disclosure of information is only possible in exceptional cases provided for by applicable law, upon a legitimate request from government authorities.

5. DATA PROTECTION AND STORAGE
5.1. Data is stored on secure servers using modern encryption methods.
5.2. User passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes; Service employees do not have access to passwords in plain text.
5.3. The Service implements necessary organizational and technical measures to protect information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, or duplication.

6. USER RIGHTS
6.1. The User has the right to obtain information regarding the processing of their data.
6.2. The User has the right to request the complete deletion of their account and all associated history (orders and top-ups). Upon processing such a request, data cannot be recovered!
