Quix EmailFAQ
This is a service that provides email:
- For one-time receipt of a letter from a specified site. For example, this could be an activation code from the Apple website. When creating an activation, funds are debited from your balance for payment and returned when the activation is canceled. Upon receipt of the letter, the activation is considered successfully completed.
- Multisite. You can rent email to receive letters from different sites. Such email will be available to you for a certain time and you can receive as many letters as you need.
Activation (disposable email) means using an email address to receive one letter. For example, this could be a letter with a code or a link to activate the account being registered.
You pay for each successful activation (when a letter from the site you specified was received by us), and for unsuccessful (canceled) ones, the money is returned to your balance.
If the activation was successful, you can repeat the activation with the same email and site.
Activation is automatically completed upon receipt of the letter, but you can also complete it yourself, if necessary. This can be useful when you need to register an account by email, but the first letter from the site will be a welcome letter, and the letter with the code will be sent later, for example, after clicking the Confirm email button in your personal account on the site.
Multisite is access to mailbox letters for a certain time. Such email can be useful if you need to receive letters from several sites at once or many letters from one site. During the rental period, the email will be available only to you.
The initial rental time is 1 hour. If necessary, you can extend the rental period. The maximum rental period is 24 hours from the current moment. That is, you can rent email for 24 hours, and after 20 hours extend it for another 20 hours. Thus, in total, the email will be rented for 44 hours and you can continue to extend the rental.
To receive such email, you need to specify, separated by commas, for which sites the email will be used. For example, you need email for Instagram and Facebook, then in the "Sites" field you need to specify the following: instagram.com,facebookmail.com. This is done so that the same email could not be used for the same site several times.
You can also re-receive the email you previously used for the previously specified sites.
Yes. When registering, you are credited with a small "test" balance, which will be enough to check our service. For users who only have a "test" balance, there are restrictions on the choice of email domain. For example, gmail and yahoo email will be available only after replenishment.
Yes. If the activation time expires or you cancel it yourself, the entire amount spent on activation will be returned to your balance.
You can use the same email for the same website as long as there is a corresponding entry in the activation history. Currently, the entry is stored in history for 2 days, which means that you can order reactivation within 2 days.
Reactivation is only available for working email accounts. This means that if an email account is deleted (for example, due to blocking), it will be impossible to request reactivation.
Please contact Support if you require a longer activation storage period and we will change it for you.
We don't provide information about how our users use the service.
"Which emails are suitable for the website?", "What are emails used for?", "Which emails are most popular?", "Where is the highest chance of success?" and other similar questions won't give you the answers you're looking for.
Before issuing mail, we select several mails and check them for operability. Since checking each mail takes time, and we want to give you an answer as quickly as possible, we have to check a limited number for operability. If there are no operative mails among the selected ones, we return an error stating that there are no free mails. Try to receive the mail again several times.
When registering, the user is credited with a test balance, with which he can check the service's functionality. Users who have received a test balance and have not made any replenishments are considered test users and not all email domains are available to them.
Examples of available email domains for users with a test balance: beastmail.space, belettersmail.com, deluxmail.com, ortogenmail.com, zeronerbacomail.com, etc.
Examples of unavailable email domains with a test balance: gmail.com, gmx.com, hotmail.com, yandex.com, yahoo.com, etc.
When a user cancels an activation or it is canceled automatically, the email is not marked as used for the site of this activation, but this email becomes unavailable for a certain time. After this time has passed, the email can be re-ordered for activation for the same site. Therefore, a situation is possible when one user cancels activation, for example, for the site.com site with the [email protected] email, a few hours later an activation letter from site.com came to this email, and the next day another user ordered activation for site.com and received the [email protected] email. In this case, site.com may show the second user a message that this email has already been used.
In this case, cancel the activation and let us know so that we can mark such email as used for a certain service.
To do this, you need to contact Support and provide the account information you remember so we can find it (ID, login, API key) and the following:
- registration date
- date of last authorization
- what does your login look like (if you don't remember it)
- the amount you deposited
- when you deposited
- how you topped up your balance (in some cases, you can provide the details you used to deposit funds)
You don't have to provide all of the above; one or two items are fine, but the more information you provide, the faster we can help you restore access.
If it makes things easier for you, you can create another account to contact us via chat on the website.
We don't have a plugin for ZennoPoster at the moment.
Yes, we have a BAS module. You can download it by the following link:
The latest version (1.2.1)
BAS has a quirk where some modules required by other modules fail to connect. This only happens in multi-threaded mode; in single-threaded mode (Recording mode), everything works as expected.
To get rid of this error, you need to create a function in BAS with any name. In the body of this function, you need to add the "JSON to string" action with any parameters. You do not need to call this function.
Yes, we have a single-level affiliate (referral) program. You can bring your friends using a referral link, which can be found on the Profile page. For each completed activation, rental and purchase, you will receive 10% of the cost of the service to your balance.
Yes, you can receive referral deductions for successful activations from users of your application. At the moment, the deduction amount is half of the usual, i.e. 5%. In order for you to receive referral income, add the ref-id parameter with a value equal to your ID to the emailGet request.
If the user was registered via your referral link, then you will also receive the usual referral deductions, at the moment it is 10%. That is, in this case, your referral income will be equal to 15% of the amount of successful activation.
You can write to us in Support (for authorized users).
