1.1. By creating an account, replenishing the balance, and also using other functionality of the Quix Email service (hereinafter referred to as the Service), you (hereinafter referred to as the Client) confirm that you have read and accept these rules.

1.2. By using the functionality of the Service, the Client confirms that he/she undertakes not to use the functionality of the Service to harm other people or commit other illegal actions.

1.3. Refunds are made only to the Client's balance (personal account of the Service).

1.4. The Client can order the withdrawal of the remaining funds from the balance through tickets, and the Service undertakes to carry it out.

1.5. When withdrawing funds from the balance, the Client is charged an additional commission, which will depend on the withdrawal method.

1.6. The Service Administration has the right to:
- Block the Client's account for violating these Rules together with the funds remaining on the balance.
- Write off all or part of the funds from the Client's balance as a penalty in the event of a violation of these Rules.
- Delete the Client's account in the event of a violation of these Rules.

1.7. These Rules may be changed without prior notice to the Client.
